Metro in Santiago is very well organized and useful. But the metro station close at 22:30.
Yes, the metro doesn't run till late... However, autobuses are running till really late night, if you can figure out the system of its system.
In Santiago, the price of tickets change depends on the time. Rush Hours, in the morning and in the evening, also Sunday/Holidays will be more expensive.
Normally costs 340 pesos per ticket(Green), but the rush hour (7:15 - 8:59:59", 18:00 - 19:29:59") also Sunday/Holidays ticket (Orange)costs 430 pesos.

サンティアゴの地下鉄は分かりやすいし、快適。ただ、午後１０時半くらいには駅が閉ま るのよね。最終がそれくらいなので…。なので夜遅くに交通機関…となればバス。なのですが、これはラテンアメリカらしく、慣れないと迷うのよね。路線地図 や時刻表は存在するのだろうか？ただ、サンティアゴ市内（市外も）ミクロバスといのが走っていて、これでどこでも行けちゃうらしい…。
地下鉄は時間帯／曜日によって切符の値段が変わります。朝・夕方のラシュアワー（7:15 - 8:59:59"
18:00 - 19:29:59"）と日曜／祝祭日はオレンジ色の切符で４３０ペソ。
それ以外は緑色の切符で３４０ペソ。
Bambinaは切符の使い分けをしなくて済む、Multivaというカード型切符を愛用中。
これは最初に１０００ペソでカードを購入し、あとは好きなだけお金をチャージするだけ。
日本じゃ切符は「券売機」が当たり前だけど、チリではまだまだ人のいるブースで購入します。
そういえば、イタリアのミラノはいつもキオスクで買わにゃーいけんですね…。（券売機が動いてない事の方が多い…）

サンティアゴの地下鉄は運行本数がとっても多く、特にLINE1は１つ乗り過ごしても次にすぐやって来るので、駆け込み乗車する必要なんてありません。（山手線より頻繁かな〜）
そこで見つけたのが、このサイン。
思わず納得します…。
「どうして　駆け込み乗車をする　必要があるのですか？　もう　次の電車は　来ていますよ！」
